David Borgerding has a broad-based track record leading highly complex and tightly regulated businesses to successful results.

Professional expertise and Career progression
• David led a number of business units and participated in 300+ IPO’s over a 17-year career with Charles Schwab & Company, Inc.


• As Managing Director of the Schwab Initial Public Offering business, David invented the process used to sell IPO’s over the Internet.
• He led the Google IPO auction process. Consulted on the development of Schwab.com in the early 1990’s.
• With his experience in process design/redesign and improving business metrics, David was brought in as a change agent in areas of client tax reporting, mutual fund sales and to consult on new product launches.
• He has a proven record of increasing financial performance through careful analysis,
development and deployment of


new systems.
• David has served in various positions at a number of charity organizations including the board of Trustees of Cystic Fibrosis of Central Florida and currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Seminole and Greater Apopka in Central Florida.
